The world we live in can make “healthy eating” seem so complicated. Today’s media tells us to cut out carbs, chug apple cider vinegar, obsess over calorie intake and punish ourselves for enjoying yummy foods — all for the sake of fitting society’s definition of “beautiful.”
I’m here to help you ditch that narrative once and for all so you can build a healthy lifestyle, stop feeling anxious about food, and feel great in your day-to-day life.
With one-on-one coaching, I’ll work with you to identify experiences in your past that complicated your relationship with food and change your mindset for the better. Whether you grew up seeing dieting ads on magazine covers, hearing your mother talk about her waistline, or being shamed or bullied for your body type, your story doesn’t have to end there.
I’ll show you how to fall in love with food in a meaningful way so it stops making you feel unworthy or stuck. Instead of counting calories and restricting yourself, I’ll introduce you to delicious recipes and foods that give you the nutrients you need — while still allowing you to enjoy the pleasure food brings to your life.

If you’re hoping to lose weight quickly, this may not be the program for you. My goal for clients is not to get smaller — it’s to feel more energized, healthy and confident in your own skin. Losing weight is often a secondary outcome that happens after you do the deep work of redefining your relationship with food and your body.
You will start to notice a difference in your mood, energy levels, digestion, skin, hair and more throughout your coaching experience. These changes usually happen after a few weeks and continue to become more noticeable as you stick with your program.
Absolutely. Many more people deal with eating disorders than you might think, and I have experience and training to help. Because my coaching style focuses on eating lots of nutrient-dense foods — instead of reducing your calorie intake — I won’t be encouraging you to adopt restrictive behaviors that are known to trigger disordered thinking.
I’m here to provide guidance, accountability and encouragement. However, I am not a licensed mental health professional. If you are currently experiencing symptoms of an eating disorder, or if you’ve recently recovered, I suggest meeting with a therapist to identify your common triggers and how to manage them. If you’re already seeing a therapist, I’m happy to work with them to support you in your journey.
