I've thoroughly researched every diet theory/eating regime under the sun in search of the "true and perfect" diet.
While I discovered that 80% of disease is lifestyle based and the key to longevity starts with gut repair, I finally concluded that there is no "one size fits all" perfect diet.
My focus is to help people discover what truly works with their body; to help heal the gut so that they can actually absorb nutrients from food; to teach simple, practical, healthy habits; and to provide accountability to help them reach their goals.
I’m not going to sugarcoat it. This won’t happen overnight. But my programs make it possible. All I ask of you is to trust the process, trust yourself, and give yourself a lot of grace.
